The Graduate Diploma of Rehabilitation Counselling focuses on equipping professionals to support individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or injuries through a counselling framework. With 4.4 million Australians living with a disability (ABS, 2019) and rising demand due to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), rehabilitation counsellors play a critical role in enhancing clients' quality of life. This course provides students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundations to deliver effective counselling services, promoting client well-being, independence, and social reintegration.
