David Hayden I found the study material to be well laid out, challenging and exciting to study, allowing me to study at my own pace. I was a great distance from the Institute, but never felt alone. The Tutors were always on call to answer any questions.   I've been involved in youth counselling for many years and felt that I needed to upgrade my skills and personal confidence. The Diploma has helped me achieve a level of professionalism I'm now very proud of.
